Contra-Mestre Dilaho is the instructor for CTELV. His mentors and mestres are Suassuna and Balao, both from Bahia as well.
He is a technician in Physical Education and has been teaching the art of capoeira for 16 years. He coordinates all work related to CTE Capoeiragem group all over the south of Bahia which includes social work and charity.

He has participated and taught workshops in several capoeira
meetings (batizados) all over the United States as well as France, Germany, Portugal, Spain and Mexico.
