	About CTELV
	Contra Mestre Dilaho Contra-Mestre Dilaho is the instructor for CTELV. His mentors and mestres are Suassuna and Balao, both from Bahia as well. He is a technician in Physical Education and has been teaching the art of capoeira for 16 years. He coordinates all work related to CTE Capoeiragem group all over the south of Bahia which includes social work and charity. He has participated and taught workshops in several capoeira meetings (batizados) all over the United States as well as France, Germany, Portugal, Spain and Mexico. Conta Mestre Paulo Batuta School was founded by Contra Mestre Paulo Batuta. Paulo Batuta had his first real contact with Capoeira, in Campinas, Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1985. He trained with the group called Cordao de Ouro. In 1997, Paulo moved to San Diego. In 1999, given permission by Master Marcelo Pereira, Paulo joined the group Capoeira Mandinga, and founded Capoeira Mandinga of San Diego. In September of 2002, he started a new branch of Capoeira Mandinga in Las Vegas, Nevada.
